KT6/KT7 Series — Parker/Denison-Type Vane Pumps

Our KT6 and KT7 Series are heavy-duty, high-pressure intra-vane pumps engineered specifically for modern high-pressure hydraulic circuits and demanding industrial machinery. All specs and performance characteristics are compatible with Denison’s T6, T7, and T67 single, double, and triple pump product lines.

Built around an advanced intra-vane mechanism, this series balances hydraulic loading on the rotor to deliver exceptional volumetric efficiency, minimal pressure ripple, and remarkably quiet operation — even under severe working conditions.

Key features:

  • High Pressure & Efficiency: Engineered for reliable operation at elevated working pressures (up to 275–320 bar depending on model), optimizing fluid power output while reducing internal leakage and heat generation
  • Modular Cartridge Design: A drop-in cartridge kit structure allows rapid on-site maintenance, flow capacity changes, and servicing without disturbing the pump housing or piping connections
  • Versatile Configurations: Available in single, double, and triple pump variants (KT6C, KT6D, KT6E, KT7B, KT7D, KT7E, and more) with wide displacement ranges and flexible port orientation options

The KT6GCC variant is purpose-built for garbage trucks and tractors, while the broader KT6/KT7 range serves industrial, mobile, marine, and railway applications. This series is a natural fit for machine tool builders, injection molding machinery manufacturers, and industrial hydraulic power unit builders who need continuous high-pressure delivery with low-maintenance longevity.

R5V RELIEF VALVE

A pressure relief valve’s job sounds simple — open when pressure exceeds a set point, protect the circuit, close again once pressure drops. But directly-operated relief valves, which rely on a single spring-loaded poppet to do this job at full system flow, often struggle with pressure override (the tendency for actual relief pressure to climb well above the set point as flow increases) and can react sluggishly or unstably under rapidly changing load conditions.

Pilot-operated designs like the R5V solve this with a two-stage architecture: a small pilot valve senses system pressure and controls a larger main-stage poppet, which handles the actual high-flow relief function. This arrangement gives you tighter, more consistent pressure control across a wider flow range, with better response to sudden pressure spikes — exactly the behavior a demanding industrial hydraulic circuit needs from its safety and pressure-control valve.

KT6 VALVE

Traditional vane pump designs often require a substantial portion of pump disassembly to access and service the internal pumping elements — meaning the pump has to come off the machine, the housing has to be opened, and the piping connections have to be broken and later resealed. For a production environment where every hour of downtime has a real cost, this kind of maintenance burden adds up fast.

The KT6 Valve cartridge design solves this directly. Because the rotor, vane, and cam ring assembly is built as a self-contained, drop-in cartridge that seats inside the pump’s outer housing, maintenance teams can remove and service or replace just the cartridge — without disconnecting the pump from its mounting or its plumbing. The housing stays bolted in place, the inlet and outlet connections stay sealed, and the internal working assembly is swapped out as a single unit.

VQ/DVQ/HVQ Series — High-Pressure Vane Pumps

Our VQ Series vane pumps are engineered to match the efficiency, noise, vibration, temperature, and service life benchmarks of Vickers (Eaton) pumps — giving you a proven, drop-in alternative for high-pressure hydraulic circuits.

Available across VQ, DVQ, and HVQ configurations, this series is built for applications where consistent performance under continuous duty is non-negotiable. Whether you’re specifying a single pump for a standalone hydraulic unit or integrating multiple units into a larger system, the VQ/DVQ/HVQ line delivers the reliability that high-pressure applications demand.

VPKC Variable Vane Pump

The VPKC Series is a high-pressure variable vane pump fully compatible with Bosch Rexroth’s VPV series, rated to a maximum pressure of 306 bar. Designed for applications that require variable flow output matched to real-time system demand, the VPKC delivers energy-efficient performance without sacrificing the pressure capability that demanding hydraulic circuits require.

This makes the VPKC an ideal choice for customers currently specifying Bosch Rexroth components who need an interchangeable alternative with verified performance parity.
